Jack started Arctic West with a truck, a toolbox, and a lot of grit. He’s a hands-on kind of guy — not a fancy talker — and he takes real pride in helping folks stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and comfortable year-round.

I didn't have a major problem like some of the other reviews. I changed my furnace filters & this time, for the life of me, I couldn't get the dang thing attached back on the furnace!
